You know whats highly embarassing ...

Answering the front door & not realising why the person you are talking to is looking at you strangely. You shrug it off & go do other things, potter round the house etc. Then take the time to quickly log onto BH because your newborn is finally asleep & your toddler is playing happily.

You sit down at the computer & for some reason your arm brushes against your top. Its wet. Yep saturated. You look down to find you have been leaking everywhere unbeknown to yourself.

You start to realise why person at front door was looking at your oddly etc. You want to die of embarassment but at the same time just have to laugh !

Least i now know the medication has kicked in :laughing:

Oh i shouldve said that all i was wearing was a t-shirt so yeah almost there !

yep thats really embarassing! Especially if your out shopping! :eek: But whats worse is when you have left you top down still tucked under your boob and just your bra showing! I have answered the door a few times like this!

i walked down the main street of a nearby country town once with my bra exposed and singlet top pulled down below my bust.

no one said anything.

i even bought a present for my friends dd at toyworld and the cashier while looking at me oddly, still said nothing.

I got out of the car the other day to get a bottle of wine.

There was guy standing out the front with a case of beer and he kinda looked me up and down, then was looking at my chest area....I thought "what are you looking at mate" ...

So I glanced down at myself to see my my top pulled down exposing half my boob with my maternity bra undone, so you could actually see flesh. I'd fed DS in my ergo carrier just before getting in the car.

I quickly did myself up and was about to say to him..."oh, i was just breasfeeding my baby" but I just kept walking past him. Luckily I noticed before I walked into the bottle shop, it was Dan Murphy's and it was packed full of people.:o

We had a tradesman come to do some work the other day, and I had earlier been breastfeeding and forgotten to put the bra-cup up...it was completely 'folded down'. Whilst I had my top covering the boob, the top was quite fitted and therefore allowed perfectly clear nipple vision (think 'high beams'). Didn't realise for a second, and then had to fumble around and fix it up right in front of him......which turned even more embarrassing! :no: Poor guy didn't know where to look.

I had some wet patches in front of my mum once. Thank goodness.

Note to self: check boobs are covered and dry before going out in public especially if overtired from having a newborn.
