Engagement party!!!

I live on the Gold Coast and I have No idea where to start to arrange our Engagement Party. They would only be 20 - 30 people and I want ( would like to) to be able to go somewhere, where we can supply our own stuff ( on a budget ) If any one has any idea's pleaes let me know.

Can you hire a small hall that has kitchen facilities prob cost you about 100 for he night but at least everything is there otherwise do you know someone with a double garage that would let you have it there? 20 people isnt much

I was going to suggest a hall aswell.. Otherwise if you have family with a nice sized outdoor area, that would work really well.. That is what we did and we had about 50 - 60 people there... It was fantastic!!!:babydust2:
