I've had engin for over 2 years now - and am generally happy with it. At times, there have been down periods, but a high percentage of this is due to unreliable telstra... (yep - you say, I know.....):banghead:

Anyway, this may have changed - and I read about the 2 way service (bit confused as don't know if i have it or not) but in January 06 - I needed an ambulance (unfortuantely, on 1st January) and it was taking forever... Also, I realised that i would be taken to the general.

Anyway - we later realised that we had been put through to the sunshine coast and when we rang to cancel the ambulance - after my DP chatting for ages, that's what came about. We'd been put through to another area?

Would that now happen. I always would use my mobile due to that confusion. Should I contact engin to make sure we have this 2 way Voip?

I find it easy to work - and our bills initially decreased from nearing $200/month to about $40-$50... Now its even cheaper with another package i am on... WOO HOO.....

Hi mel,

Im sorry to hear about your experience. The best thing for you to do would be to contact customer service on 1300 305 000 to confirm you have a 2 way service and your IPND and emergence contact details are correct. If they all seem to be correct and you have a 2 way service please explain to the rep what happened and ask for a supervisor to look into this for you straight away.
