Hi Ladies,

I wanted to write this post to all families out there who are suffering. My son had eczema all over his body a few weeks after he was born we noticed red blotchy skin all over. We've gone to specialist many times but to no avail nothing really eased the itch and the weeping cracked skin except steroid cream and some and some really bad days polaramine. Its just been awful at nights he would scratch and bleed.

Our son also has allergies all relating i think he cannot eat wheat, chicken, dairy, eggs, potato. So thats like nearly everything and its been soo cruel. We have done everything from dustmite elimination etc and my goodness such hard work vacuuming and cleaning like a maniac.

This post would be huge if i could write down everything we have gone through with this eczema. It is soo awful watching your poor baby scratch and bleed... Many sleepless nights of scratching and crying.

Anyways we have been using steroid for most of his life however he just turned two and a half and we have not needed to use any steroid creams for months now and his skin is clearing up. Its amazing. I think all my prayers and searching in the bible about Gods Grace and love has helped. Its just a miracle.

Isiah 53:5
but he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

I would like to pray for all your children I pray that they all will be healed in the name of Jesus.

Eczema to me is such an unnatural thing and i cant figure out what causes it. Till now I dont know if anyone can really explain or even have a cure for it.

My son has been healed he has been such a blessing to us. I really hope i could contribute something through my experience.

God Bless.

Thank you Kimous - I too pray every day that our DD will grow out of her severe eczema. It is truly awful to see one so little suffering so much. I will hold up your experience with hope.

I'm so glad to hear your little one is growing out of it. Stories like your really give me hope.

Can I just ask, how did you know about the allergy to chicken and potato? They're uncommon foods to be allergic to and I don't imagine they test for. Did you just notice reactions when you or he had eaten those foods?
