I have some & was wondering how to use it & what it can be used for. Both now and during the birth :o

What can I use it for?

What did it help you with?

How do I use it?

And whatever else you think might help would be great thanks :)

You can take it throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, its so mild that you can give it to new born babies. Its homeopathic so perfectly safe. You cant overdose.

Its great for calming, centreing, relaxing etc.

You just take a few drops on the tongue regularly during labour or you can put it in a glass of water.
As I said you cant over dose so just take it whenever you like.

Thanks for that! So its more of a relaxation aid than anything else I take it?

Yep that particular remedy is for relaxing, calming mainly but other bach flower remedies are for different things. Its quite interesting actually.

They now come in little chewy tablets  Found them by fluke last night at the chemist  would having one of those be the equivalent to a few drops under the tongue?

I love love love this stuff!
When i get nervous i get a red rash on my neck and chest(very embarassing). On my wedding day i was determined not to be blotchy! I had rescue remedy all morning the day of my wedding and my mum even gave me one last "shot" before i walked down the aisle.lol I didnt have a patch of red any where:smiliedance:It really does help to keep you calm.

Ive also been using it throughout this pregnancy and will be using it through labour too. Its great stuff:thumbsup:

I got it for labour too but I forgot to take it.

I actually used some this evening. I have a sick bubba who kept me up half the night and is crying alot.

My mum is always reminding me to use it when I get a bit stressed out...but I'm usually too stressed to stop and remember it :p

It is great stuff though, I sometimes give it to my toddler when she's having one of those moments

I give it to my dog when he's schiz-ing out on me. (seriously, I do!) Sedacalm tablets are good too - they just take the edge off your anxiety. Dunno if they'd do much for labour though... each to their own.

DH uses them as well. He's also never tried it during labour  but they help when he's feeling nervous.

Hi
i used it the whole way through my labour and it was a pretty traumatic one, and i must admit i think it kept me pretty calm. You must take it pretty frequently though like every half hour or i put it in my water bottle and just sipped continuosly. I swear by the stuff i always have some in my handbag.
