Well we had our 19 week ultrasound today and while we did not want to find out what we're having we both clearly heard the sonographer say 'she' when refering to the baby shortly after scanning that particular region! :eek:

She covered it really well - so well in fact that we are both doubting it. But now my thoughts that I'm having a boy are somewhat shaken!

We had our 20 week scan today, but didn't find out the sex. Luckily our sonographer was a bit more careful than your mimical! LOL. I was worried that she might slip up & tell us, now I'm actually a little disappointed that she didn't...
I know I would have regretted it if I found out. I really want the surprise this time.

Well I am going against my beliefs and finding out this time. Should be interesting, because I can only ever imagine having boys (my sister has girls and I have boys, thats just how it is), but my gut feeling tells me otherwise.

had my scan today - we are having a BOY and its definite - we saw the parts! this will be number 3 boy for us - not as disappointed as i thought i'd be but i have been telling myself for awhile we are having a boy - mental conditioning!

dh said to me whilst having the scan - 'we will have to have another one after this one' (meaning maybe next time we will have a girl) - the sonographer nearly fell off her chair laughing! i'm like - let me have this one first!

btw: we aren't telling anyone - except you!

We just had our scan this morning and her comments were I'm 70-75% sure so don't go painting any rooms but I think its a GIRL!!!

Do you think we take that as Yup its a girl? I know there are never any guarantees but I think maybe she just said that to save her own butt? It took ages..like right to the end for bubs to even get in a position to tell the sex but she got a pretty good look.

So, I had my scan today....

As soon as the sonographer put the ultrsound probe onto my belly, bubs was in a perfect position to tell if it was a boy or a girl. I could see straight away that we are having a

GIRL!

Lucky we wanted to know. It would have been a bit of a let down if we wanted a surprise 'cause it was so obvious!
Sonographer said - If you want to know what I think, I think it's a girl....no 50/50, no "I'm not sure" she seemed very certain as am I.

Not that I'm going to go and buy all pink stuff now.... Gonna have a 3D ultrasound later on, which will tell me for sure.

Very happy with a Daughter... Oh my god... I'm having a Daughter! Seems so much more real now.

thanx for asking MrsO. im not to bad. im still in shock. but not crying about it now lol. i flet like such a cow the day of the scan cos i went ot pick DS up from daycare, theres a girl there whos TTC and there i was crying about what i was having, shes been trying longer than me. i felt like a right pratt!
im still finding it really hard to beleive and am booked in for a 4d on Dec 1 to confirm the bubbas sex. they probably are right, but i need to know for sure. i just hope bubs gives us a great view.

I truly believe that you will get to a place where you can imagine having a daughter, and like everyone keeps telling us, we'll probably love having girls!

We found out we are having a little boy and we are rapt!

Initially I hoped for a girl but in the weeks before the scan I changed my mind and felt like it was a boy ( don't know why just did).

I cant believ I will have a son...its a total freakout!

Oh, and I hear you on the pink thing! I HATE it. I have decided that no clothes I will be buying will be entirely pink, they can have pink on them but there has to be other colours as well. I've got quite a bit of a white stuff so far, and I'll be putting her in the couple of bluish things I bought before we found out...:o I think the most pink I might agree to is a couple of pink singlets, like Bonds ones.

Don't even get me started on the nursery manchester...
