HI girls I need a cauliflower soup recipe.. any one got one..

Yup, here's mine:

CHEESE AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP

700gm Cauli
450 mls milk
450 mls cream
1 bay leaf
50gm butter
350gm onion
25gm plain flour
200ml vegie stock
350gm cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Place chopped cauli in pan with milk, cream and bay leaf. Simmer until tender. Strain, reserving cauli and liquid. Wipe pan clean, return to heat and melt butter. Add onion, cook until soft. Add flour, then add stock and strained liquid, stirring well. Cook 2 mins until slightly thickened. Add cauli and 300gms of cheese and season with salt n pepper. YUM!

thanks for that .. sounds yummo.. I dont have a bay leaf will that matter?
