Has Your Baby Brain Kicked In Yet ???

I had to start this thread :D cause I do believe I just had my first pregnant baby brain experience....

I keep bottles of water in the fridge so that I can grab one as I walk out the door if I am going out and so and I also keep one big bottle of cordial make up in the fridge for DD and I if we feel like some thing sweet...so any way after dinner every night I fill all the used bottle back up and make fresh cordial for the next day if need be..well I just went to go pour DD and I a nice glass of cold cordial and there was none in the fridge so I thought I would use one of the water bottle to make us up a fresh glass of cordial each and there was no water bottles in there either...:o ...I am think what the ??? is someone playing a joke on me, has DD got into the fridge by herself ???...I open the cupboard up to get the cordial out to start all over again and what do I find 6 water bottles and 1 big bottle of made up cordial :laughing: !!!!

So I think its official I have baby brain rot !!!! at 7 weeks 6 days !!!!:laughing:

Although I am already feeling very baby brainish I have none to report this pregnancy ..... yet. But I'll share one from my last. DH was changing the brake fluid in his ute and enlisted me to help. My job was to sit in the car and pump the brakes with my foot continually when he asked until he said stop. So I get up in the car and we start the process. After not very long DH starts to sound a bit upset and can't figure out why things are working out like they should. He checks I'm doing everything right and the continues to become more and more worried! (brakes are pretty important as you can imagine). Finally after about ten minutes reason pokes his little head through my foggy brain and I sheepishly admit I've been pumping the clutch!!!!! Since then he as always been a little worried me driving while pregnant!

Already when I went grocery shopping last week...............for 2 meals I bought all the ingredients but forgot to buy the sauce for the dishes so DH had to make another trip to the supermarket and he said himself "Bloody Baby Brain" :laughing:

And I've been talking to someone and in the middle of talking forgot certain people's names and had to be prompted.................so embarrassing :o

Oh girls :laughing: ...I am so glad I am not alone !!!

Oh and confession time.....I found the vegimite in the freezer this morning when I went to get bread out to make toast for us for breaky today...must have put it there after breaky yesterday :o ...:laughing: !!!!

Oh Dear! I am even too embarrased to admit some of the things I have done!

Last week went to a friends wedding and walking to the chapel I realised I forgot to put on my bra! :eek: Lucky the dress was tight enough to keep the girls in place! This has NEVER happened before! :laughing:

Another time, I went shopping and left all the bags at the shop. I only realised when I got home!

Then I went shopping just with my car key!. Left my whole bag (including wallet) at home.. arrr. :hair:

Hope this will go away soon. :D
