View Full Version : Purchasing ERGO online Q!

Hey all you Ergo lovers..
I put an Ergo on lay by, well organised to, but the online shop that I went through is taking so long to get back to me with payment details ect ect.. so as impatient as I am I'm thinking of cancelling the order and getting an Ergo through another online store who has a faster service and that knows what they are doing.
To keep it short, there has been about 5 emails sent, every one of them I have asked for payment details and the replies were about something else and not about payment details. It gets a bit frustrating when you wait for 2-3 days between emails too and you don't get the answers that you asked for.
So anyway now that I almost have the money to buy one without putting it on lay by, I'd rather buy from somewhere with better services than the one I'm currently experiencing.
Now to get to the point, I would like to know where you bought your Ergo from, preferably online, and were you happy with the service.
Thanks in advance!
d definitely head to A New Blessing. She is a fabulous lady and has great customer service. I dealt with her online and over the phone and she is a sahm and it was so good to hear the kids in the background  esp as Matilda was screaming too.
You can also get a 10% discount if you let her know ur from bubhub and delivery is mega fast via courier not Aus post

Thanks all for the quick replies. ;)
Krissy - A new blessing sounds good. Where does it say about the 10% off for BubHub members ? Or is it something you just have to mention to her. Also how much roughly did it cost you to get the Ergo delivered via courier ?

I sent her an email asking about it first but I know a few more girls have used it as well. Its because they are owned by Pink and Blue which is affiliated with bubhub. So just need to let her know or ask before hand.
The postage was $5, thats their fee for all postage and its always via courier
got mine from gear4baby.com.au for $145 incl postage. They have a promotion atm, got a pair of free baby leg warmer RRP16.50. Initially i planned to get one fr babybunting coz i get 5% disc but they dont have many stocks only 1 left.
I bought mine from Greenkids. Ordered on Thursday, posted on Friday. When the post office stuffed up and didn't leave a card telling me they'd tried to deliver it on Monday, Greenkids even followed up with Australia post and tracked my parcel for me.
Delighted with the service.
oh Karni, itti bitti have them last day today tho 10% off ergos and an extra 5% off for the GDUNH ;)

DH ordered an ergo for me yesterday and as a fathers day gift they will post a free pair of leg warmers for bubs. If you spend over $70 its free delivery in Australia (regular post). We paid $145. Most sites charge about $149 for the ergo.
We got it from gear4baby.com :)
Shipping is within 48 hours so I should get it by Tuesday if all goes well. Cant wait to go shopping with bubs again

That's VERY unusual.... I am a long time customers of Amanda's and she is excellent, have never once been able to fault her service

Lipsmacker01 great minds think alike! I ordered my Ergo from gear4baby.com on father's day too! Out of all the online suppliers, they had by far the biggest range for colours etc. Can't wait to strap Asha in and go walking!
