Bub is taking a nap at the moment. It is her first 2 hour nap and I don't know if I should wake her up so that she sleeps a night too??

Yep, they reckon it works differently for babies..its only when they get overtired that they wont sleep, so let them sleep when they want to and as long as they want to...and go and put your feet up for a bit!!!!Lucky you.

Thanks guys :)
I didn't wake her up either! She got up herself and she pretty much wanted to be fed and went straight back to sleep.
She's been asleep for almost 6 hours now apart from waking up for that feed.
I hope she stays asleep tonight.
I will keep you posted too and we can compare how different babies react :)
Hope she sleeps well tonight for you :)
I found that when my bubs had longer naps that they were also having a growth spurt, they just seem to need extra sleep at those times. Even now, at 4yrs & 21mths old they still need extra sleep at times then all of a sudden none of their clothes fit LOL

I thought it might have been a growth spurt, but she didn't feed much today.
I am a little paranoid about her feeding, too. But I figure it was one day and hopefully she will make up for it tomorrow.
She has only had 4 wet nappies today :( she usually has about 5 soaking wet ones.

OMG okay so she woke up at 8 and is back down for a nap at 9!! She woke a few times for feeds and a couple of dreamfeeds so I think she made up for the lack of feeds she had during the day (I hope this isn't a constant thing as I am exhausted!!) I hope she sleeps for a long nap now!!
So glad I didn't wake her up yesterday evening. Would have been such a drama to get her back to sleep.
