:) hello everyone! I'm new here. Kinda new to the whole chat on the net thingy too ha ha!
Just found out last friday after two pregnancy tests that i am pregnant.........we were shocked, but are now so excited now we have had a couple of days to obsorb the whole thing.
Using due date calculators is hard cause my cycle has been up and down, its mainly round the 26 days. So from what one says i'm due round the 28th novemeber 2005...the other calculator says 30th novemeber......so anyhow you can go a couple of weeks either side anyhow hey ha ha
This is our first baby and would like to talk to others who are first timers, and those more experienced for advice i guess if your willing.

Hi Patrina,

We're expecting our first on the 10th of November. It's such a new experience, it's great to talk to other people going through the same thing - especially since I'm doing my best not to tell friends/family/workmates for another week or so. I've found it really comforting reading comments from experienced mums about what's happening to me. Even though I've got several books (read cover-to-cover, several times!), it's not the same. The thing which has surprised me most is feeling emotional. I feel like crying at the slightest thing (not normal for me) and last night I was so upset I ended up giggling. I can't imagine what my poor husband thought of that!

congratulations Patrina :)

Dont forget to check the thread 'November 2005' - it is the thread where all us November due mums check our various symptoms/ get things off our chest- and compare notes etc with each other to feel 'normal!'

I'm due mid november :)

Good luck with everything... keep us posted!

Congratulations all you November mums to be! :)
I have two weeks to go and lucky for me it's pretty much been a breeze,
lets hope that continues through to the labour too! :D
Emmalouise I too had some emotional times, crying for no reason and
yelling at my husband. I'm very glad it didn't go on the whole time I've been
pregnant as understanding as my hubby is you can only put up with so much!
All the best!

Hi Petrina,

Im due 29/11/05 its kind of scary too, i work fulltime and just broke up with my fianacee early last week. I found out on Wednesday, was in shock a lil, but it sunk in.... My ex-fiancee wasnt pleased with it, he thought i planned it. Mind you i was on the pill too. Im 6weeks pregnant.
My mum is happy and Dad was rather ok with it...
I told my boss that day, he was happy for me too. As im his Personal Assistant i have to travel with him sometimes interstate. Its pretty stressful i know. And now planning for this baby...

Would like to chat with first time mums....
