Disobedient mini foxie

We have a mini foxie who is about 16 months old. She just will not "cotton on" to obedience!
We dont know what to do anymore. Our Jack russell was never like this, and i have been puppy training her for a while. The only thing she will do is lay down for food, but its not always this easy. any suggestions?

what are the problems you are having exactly?? obeidience is such a broad area as is training, the main things are consistency and for every one in the house to be following the same rules, but if you let me know what exactly you are having issues with I amy be able to give some more help. foxies are very energetic and get bored easily so need to be stimulated with toys, walks etc or they can become destructive.
