Hi Girls - I was just chatting with QTB and she mentioned that so far there are 4 Mums already with Redlands - I was just wondering who is, and who else will be joining us there - it will be a bubhub takeover during April at this rate :smiliedance:

We might have to organise a 'meet-up' to put nicknames/names to faces so we know who is who on the big day :)

NZMEL - A molar pregnancy refers to a pregnancy that is a type of gestational trophoblastic disease. It can refer to either a complete or a partial mole. A partial mole most frequently occurs when two sperm fertilize the same egg. There may be partial placentas, membranes or even a fetus present in a partial mole. However, there are usually genetic problems with the baby. Rarely, a partial mole will exist with twin pregnancy, however, the other twin rarely survives.

They do believe I had a partial molar (although they will know after the pathology). There was a feotus and heartbeat at 6 weeks - although at 99beats, an irrgegular gestational sac and largish yolk. The molar(??) was discovered at an ultrasound at 13 weeks. My D&C was today.
