Hi,
Make sure you eat breakfast, try not to eat too close to bed time, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit and exercise, start off with a little and slowly increase and if you have a day where you pigout just start again the next day, keeping a record of what you eat helps keep you honest but the truth is it is hard work, getting it off is the easy part keeping it off is the hard part. Vary your exercise and don't diet change your lifestyle, allow yourself one bad meal a week or a small treat everyday.:)

besdes all the obvious change in diet and eating right etc..
my best tip is to do regular tummy crunches (not full sit ups) i used to aim for at least 100 crunches (starting at a smaller amount and working your way up to 100) a day.
definately gets your tummy trim.!
i have only just started back on the crunches after i had bub. and im just gonna go for a 30 min walk a day.
i also have a little stair stepper thing that im yet to use! usually i just make sure im up and down my stairs alot during the day.. eg, putting washing on , getting the mail, general stuff that makes me go up and down the stairs..
