coop is driving me insane!!:hair: I cannot concentrate or even think or do anything! He constantly yells all day. He doesn't cry but yells and whinges all day and its so loud. I have a headache from it. The house is so messy cause as soon as i do something he starts yelling . He could be teething he has some of the signs but i have tried panadol, ive tried feeding hime burping him changing him playing with him holding him and he just won't shut up!!! Im stressing badly. I feel like im going to explode. He has been doing this for days now and as dp lives away i don't have anyone i can palm him off to. What can i do? What can it be i am at my wits end...Any suggestions Please!!!

Put him in his cot where he can't hurt himself, and go get in the shower where you can't hear him.

I do this all the time.

My DS is also a yeller - not crying but he's very vocal and squeals and screams and yells...bangs his head on something and yells some more....gives me a headache some days too. :hugs:

You could also try Bonjela - I found this fantastic when DD was about that age.

i brought some today and tried it but still didn't do anything. I have finally got him to sleep. He's driving me insane. It seems like im always yelling at him to be quiet. I think i just need a break. If only....

Not sure if your open to the idea or not but ave you tried a dummy? Maybe he would take to one- giving you some peace?

It must be extremely difficult for you! Do you have any support near you? Friends relatives that you could leave him with?:hugs:

There is another teething gel SM-33 ( i think) which has always worked for me! Bonjella never really cut it with my kids but this stuff works a treat.

Maybe if you talk to your GP or MCHN- they might be able to help you?

Yep he has a dummy, couldn't live without one, but he seems to be pretty skilled cause he can still yell with it in his mouth. I have been up most the night listening to him and now that im awake i am still listening to it. My friends wouldn't be responsible to look after him and my parents already have one sick baby over there so i can't bug them. But thanks for your ideas everyone, I think i'll just have to ride this out and hope that he stops soon. For my own sanity.
