Teething and Constipation????

my DS is teething at the moment quiet bad and I was wondering if anyone knows if teething can cause Constipation??? :confused:

hi, i don't know if teething causes constipation, but my ecn told me if you use 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to 60mls of cooled boiled water (i warm it up as my boy doesn;t like cold things) shake it and give it to the little one and it should clear the constipation.......... i used it on my boy at 6 weeks old and still use it occasionally...(familly recipe handed down) is to also rub warm olive oil on his belly in a clockwise motion evey night...relaxes him and very mild cammomile tea in his night feed....
