My first cloth pad arrived yesterday from wemoon a blue one with butterflys.I must say Iam highly impressed with the overall performance, the quality, everything.Iam never using a disposable (hopefully) again!!! ...Iam looking forward to not having to waste 15 dollars a month on sanitary 'napkins'.

I feel so impressed, I feel overwhelmed to go to everywhere that has them & get every nice pad for sale I want more so badly.

I was wondering how many cloth pads other ladies have on adverage? anyone over-do-it a tad?

I have 5...as of yesterday when my fluffly mail arrived! Planning on having about 15 all up, to last me a full cycle, but I wanted to try them out first before buying them all. I bought what should last me a heavy day and overnight.

I also have another pad on the way & a starter pack from cheeky butts.

This is off topic but I also bought 6 pairs of bamboo breast pads.Disposable ones cost 8 dollars a box which I go though every 2/3days  Iam waiting for them to arrive & have run out of disposables but dont want to waste more money (have spend 40plus dollars so far).So Ive been using a folded small BBB nappy insert & it works really well (for at home). The only downer I can think of about cloth breast pads is lanishol nipple cream might reck them...So iam unsure about what to do.

That's alright! I'm still happily pregnant so it didn't bother me!

Atm I have about 16-17 or so pads. I don't think you can overdo it though, as the more you have the bigger the rotation and the longer they last.
Ideally, they should last between 5-10 years, and when you consider we menstruate for 30-40 or so years it'd be nice if the pads lasted for a longer period of time rather than giving up the ghost early iykwim!
