This is just a winge really. I feel yucky & theres nothing I can do about it!!! :(
Oh I know about the drink lots of water & vitamin C. But really what relieves the runny nose & sore throat better than demazin & anti-inflamitry gargle stuff!!!!!

Oh well hopefully it wont last too long :o

I know you weren't really looking for advice but hey, everyone loves to give free advice don't they?!?

I found a Vicks product that worked wonders. It it called a Vicks Vaporsteam Inhaler. You put hot water in it and a scent pad then you sniff it. It helps relieve congestion. It is small and compact and very simple to use. I actually bought mine at Woolworths last winter but I have seen them in the chemists also.

Of course water and plenty and rest (haha):rolleyes:
