OMG, look at your bump. If I even had a minor swelling I'd post it but nothing!!!!! I'm 7+4.

I think I had that kindof bump when I was about 14 or 15 weeks with Aimee. Oh I wish I was showing.

In saying that I would DEFINITELY get scanned to check your dates and please let us know how you go.

Don't worry shereejoy I am more comfortable with my shirt down too but I had my shirt up in all my photos with Noah so I have to do the same this time. It's easier to compare that way. :D :o

Hey Bronnygrace - Yep, got the filing cabinet done!! that was a big enough job! We just told our DD about our news, she turned 10 today so thought it would be nice to tell her today! So now I can get stuck into really cleaning out the office as it's going to be bubbers room!!
I didn't watch californication, fell non eyes!! oh well, have to next week then!
First scan next week, how cool is that!! I've still gotta wait for mine til just over 12 weeks!! When I get back from Melbourne!! oh well, at least that month will fly that's for sure!

I'm 6 weeks today! It feels like it's going SO slowly!! :o

Leishie - I didn't start showing with my first until I was about 25 weeks or something but I had very strong abdominal muscles and it took a while for me to 'pop' so you may be the same or you may show alot earlier... Everyone is different! :D

What bothers me is I put on so much wait when I was pg both time. People go well u now u dont actually have to eat for 2. Im like but I don't eat anymore than i did when I wasnt pg my body just seems to start storing it hmmm.

yer i know my DS1 is almost 21 months and he just over 12 kg and is in size 1's there very different.

I expected that being as DS1 was 6'13 born 3 weeks early where as DS 2 was 8'5 3 weeks early.

BronnyGrace - I left my belly ring in right up until about 36 weeks which is when my belly button popped out and then I left it out until after the birth and it went straight back in. :)

BronnyGrace... The best advice I can give you re a belly ring... (I learnt the hard way and have a horrible scar).... leave it there and don't touch it!!!... unless of course your belly pops... but mine never did...

Silly me changed it and ripped and scarred mine... no idea how... but it looks terrible now...

Oh... and it was still in there when I delivered Tyler :thumbsup:

I suggest if you want to change it, do it early...

Yes I went and bought a plastiy rubbery one from the shops... it had a bit of give it it, but probably not as much as an actual preggie one.... Thats the one I put in when I ripped it!!!... and it was ouchies for ages!!!:yes: If you are going to do it though, do it shortly!!!! I wouldn't wish the pain on anyone!!!!

Yep totally agree there.

I went to a tuppawear party the other day and gee I thought Lachlan was active, there was this boy 4 mths older and so rough, just like a rough little boy. Guess there is a difference between being active and rough. Lachlan gives us lots of cuddles and kisses, his wife will thank us some day. Nothing wrong with a feminine male I say.

I should take a picture of lachlan's shoes cupboard, omg! As for handbags he loves carrying them around, but I refuse to buy him one lol. And purses, omg loves my purse. Loves hats too and sunglasses. If you take any of the above off him, he will crack a na na!

And at the shops.. the only way he will behave is if I give him my bag and wallet!!!... and heaven forbid if I have to take my wallet to pay for something!!! :laughing:

I just got back from the doc :smiliedance: ...I was right my dates where spot on for the 15th April :yelclap: !!!!

Looks like I am having another small bubba but the heart rate and uterus position and blood work all says I'm 9 weeks and 2 days along !!!!

I must say you all look fantastic, yummie mummies!

There is no way i will post any photo's until i am alot further along, i am alot bigger then most of you girls, (how embarrassing). I thought i had lost enough weight before i started IVF and i was wrong i put on a fair bit of weight with all the meds.

Thank you, i guess the weight issue has just caught me on a down day thats all. I haven't taken any photos yet because of how bloated i am i think i will wait until 12 weeks then start. I guess it will be good to compare this pregnancy to my next IVF cycle, which by the way i have already been planning in my head lol. darl, there is only one sack... the big black blob is the sac... what they dr thinks is babys is the 2 white dots in the sac... (ID twins are both in one sac)

one is right up the top of the black blob, the other is under it kinda in the middle to the left... :D

QTB - It sure does look like ID twins, is there anyway you can go for a scan before 20weeks to confirm?

It looks pretty twiny hey they are the same colour and size one is just a bit obscured by shadowing. But the 2 circles are defiantly the only things that colour in there.

I would be demanding another scan as twin antenatal care is very different to single and wait gane in first Tri determines birth wait so they like u you put on more in first Tri tahn a single plus food intake and vitamin intake are different.

Kristyd - i just saw that you're planning your next ivf. I don't know your whole situation but thought I'd share this with you anyway. My aunty tried for years and years to get preg without success. She eventually did ivf and had a beautiful son. She then went on to fall pregnant naturally another 2 times!!! She now has 3 boys - youngest is now 6. So maybe you'll be that lucky too. Heres hoping anyway. Best of luck to you.

yep same colour and size, i showed the ultrasound to a midwife today who also said it looks like ID twins... so once DH and DS are better i might have to go to the hospital with 'cramps' to get another ultrasound :D :D

I just want to know one way or the other for definate. but it sounds like it is....

Mellymumma - I actually just finished my first cycle of IVF and thankfully it was successful. Falling naturally is something i am to scared to do as i am at a higer risk of another eptopic as i now only have one tube, its something i don't want to go through ever again.

QTB - sounds like a plan, at least you will know before 20 weeks if it is ID twins you are going to need time to get use to it as well as buying extra things

That's awesome news BronnyGrace. I had my scan yesterday as well, but haven't been able to post pix yet. They look very similar to yours. My risk at the moment is a bit higher 1 in 425, just waiting for the combined result now. Have an appt with my GP tomorrow morning. I rang genetics at the RCH but they wouldnt give me the results, you have to get them from your GP - so annoying.

My sonographer said it was too early to tell the sex - I was 12 weeks 5 days yesterday. I have a strong feeling I'm having another girl as well :fingerscrossed:

haha I am 175cms and my bump was like 3 times as big and rock hard. My DS was 8'5. I would hate to think how big I would have got if I went to 40 weeks.

I agree, size is nothing!! You've been blessed with a baby growing, stand up and be proud, stretchies and all!! If you don't feel comfortable with the bare shot, wear a fitted top that show's the size and shape of your belly like I do!(I have stretchies from way back when I had DD) I've put on weight already but I don't care, I'm pregnant and couldn't be prouder!!

Hey Sparkley I'm size 18 too!! I've gone from a 14 to an 18 since having kids. I got so big with my last pregnancies (did post a photo in the other thread last week) that I have really badly stretched skin that hangs down in what I've politely termed a big smiley face! I'm going to post a belly shot soon, we should do it together. I've just been waiting to have a preggie belly - I still just look a bit fleshy. By the end of my last pregnancy I was exactly 100kg (OMG) then went down to 85kg within about two weeks and unfortunately there I have stayed - because I love eating.

JJ7 - you look so pregnant already. That is one beautiful bump you have.

I am sure ALOT of it is fat - I have been eating so badly. Greasy food is the only thing that makes my MS feel better.... kinda like a hangover.

I'm with you there missus!! I'm just big everywhere too!! So not used to having big (.)(.) and they are driving me so batty!! They just look totally wrong and out of place!!! Hubby can't even get the benefits of them as they are still so sore and tender!! lol
In saying all that, I'm enjoying not having to worry if my tummy is just you know, that little bit over the top of your pants!!! Who cares, it's supposed to be now!! lol!! I've got naturally big hips so that just makes me look bigger too!!

Hey YM3 - that is a spunky bump. I think you, bex, jj7 and me (can't remember who else in onto # 3 or more) have an unfair advantage. Doesn't it almost seem like your tum remembers what is supposed to look like and just jumps right to pregnant!! I swear I looked less bumpy at 20 weeks with my first than I do now (14week today!!). I've got a dress on a bought six months ago. It's kinda that smock style with a high waistline (perfect for maternity even though it's not) and I could pass for 20 - 25 weeks!! I figure lets make the most of it!! especially as I plan on this being my last.

SSU - Oh, i'm sssooo running with you!! I definately look at least 20wks already, also depending on what I wear also! I bought a heap of tops and skirts yesterday, some maternity and some not but they make me look a bit smaller which is good!! Black is great!! They do say that your body with each pregnancy 'knows' what to do so it just automatically just starts doing it's business!! When people say, 'Gee you're big aren't you' I reply with 'yep, you think I'm big now, it's only going to get bigger so get used to it'!!! I'm quite cool with it, and yes, this is our last too so I'm going to cherish every minute of the next 6 months or so!!

So all of you out there, 'I'm pregnant and proud of my 'big' bump' Lets all yell it to the world!!

I just love seeing all your preggy bellies so much, I know I say it every time I post in here but I really truely love it!! I don't judge anyone, it's like you look inside the belly and go, aaaww... that's so awesome, she's pregnant, how lucky are we!!!

I think it definitely depends on what you are wearing. When we had our big work meeting last week and I saw everyone I wore my normal work clothes and I didn't look pregnant. But if I slap on any maternity stuff I look pregnant. We have a State Meeting on Monday and I'd love to wear my nice new maternity top but people still don't know and I think I'd shock quite a few people :laughing:

Kristi your bump is lovely. In my first pregnancy I never had a hard bump, it was always squidgy, but I never got to month 9 as i delivered at 36 weeks so maybe if I had gone on a few more weeks it would have gotten hard or big. I wasn't very big eaither.
I ham happy to report I am bigger now than I was at this point in preg no.1 so maybe I will get a huge bump this time, yippie

I did start to show till about 18 weeks with DD and didnt have propper preg belly till about 23 weeks so I am deffinately showing earlier this time aswell, but in normal clothes I still dont look pregnant just a little chubby, tight tops are the only thing that makes the small bump stand out properly :D .

I am ste same as you too i only went to 37 weeks last time and belly was only just getting really hard then anyway.
