Here is a bit of a 'tummy timeline'. Gee how things change. I look at the '5 weeks' photo and the thought that I had put on nearly 10kgs over the 12 months before that, I kinda look thin there! Thought that I was quite chubby!! HHmmm....now I'm chubby with bubby!!

QTB - you look great! Like a very happy & perfectly proportioned pregnant lady... Unlike me - I hardly have a belly, but have put on all my weight everywhere else it seems :no:!

I still get "those looks" from people that pass me in the street - you know... the one that says, "do you think that girls pregnant or just a bit fat?".... I wish I was more "obviously pregnant!" I'm pretty sure I'll stay this way too as I was the same when I was carrying Riley. Very "compact" tummy - but he was 8 pounds 5, so I have no idea where they hide - I must have a secret compartment in there - I bet it's somewhere near my butt :detective: That would explain a lot :laughing:!!

I will try post some pics some time soon - although you gals are way too hot :yes:!

im exactly the same shape as i was with DS, just way smaller... lol - i also had heaps of amniotic fluid with B, i could hardly feel him thru it, this bub there isnt as much and i can feel bub easily... (and the fact i put on 24kg with B, iv only lost weight this time probably helps too!) hehe

Aww...Liddy, very cute!! and you have every right to feel proud right now!! Imagine how proud you feel when bubs is in your arms!!

QTB - I put on 37kg with #1, 10kg with #2 and too scared to weigh myself this time!! lol I'm feeling A LOT of movement with this baby, a lot more than I ever remember with the other two. Mind you, I had a heap of fluid with #1 and felt her move so much but with #2 didn't so much, hardly felt him move at all, on my ob's card, it's always got my comments as 'little fm' but this little one inside doesn't stop for much and they are very strong movements too!! I wonder if it's because there isn't as much fluid, not sure!

BronnyGrace - we are doing the same thing. Everyone knows it's a boy - but we aren't telling the name until he arrives.

My mum always said don't tell people the name cos she got talked out of names with us. Also i am a primary school teacher so it was hard enough picking a name I liked and then if my collegues knew 'our bubs name' I am sure they would have known a kid with that name and we wouldn't hear the end of it!! :laughing:

I keep on looking out in the week by week thread and comparing all the heartbeat rates, it's interesting but I haven't been able to compare for a while now. Liddy is the only one that is posting the HBR. Only 11 more weeks to go at the most now!

Yes I am carrying high but no there's nothing attached to hold them up. They are under belly maternity ones though.......very comfy.

Doctor I saw today estimates I'll go till 36 weeks which is only 5 weeks away!! She did say it's possible to go sooner/later but it definately gave me a jolt thinking that I have to have everything ready for then. It's also Easter weekend!

The scanner said she had long legs so I thinks she growing longer and curling around not getting wider. That or shes hidden so low in my hips. lol shes 1.9 Kg so she is growing.

Kristy you look bloody Fantastic:yes: Not huge, a lovely size, I would kill to have a tummy that size, seriously I am Massive, even the midwife at the hospital gave me a strange look when I had my 31 week appt and said your rather big for 31 weeks:confused: Have you had a scan to check bubs size:rolleyes: I just said, No I am carrying the same way as I did with Sophia and last time they sent me for a scan to get her checked at 34 weeks cause they thought I looked too big too, she wasnt overly big, its just the way I carry my babies. My fundal height is spot on I just look like a whale thats all, ppl dont even Recognise me that usually see me during the latter stages of my pregnancy:no: but ppl that knew me only when I was pregnant hardly recongnise me a few mths after the birth cause I am so much slimmer :yes: I guess thats just how pregnancy reacts to me. so dont worry about what anyone says you are not huge just beautiful

Kristi - Did the people mean you looked big for 33 weeks or did they just say 'oh you're getting big'. People keep saying 'oh you're getting big' to me and then when I tell them I'm 32 weeks they say I'm really small with only that short amount of time to go.

Maybe it's a shock to these people when they see you with the belly? I know Elliot keeps saying stuff like 'gee you're looking big today' and stuff but don't take it to heart I think they just mean we look big in comparison to our usual un-pregnant selves.

I think you look fabulous. I think we all look fabulous. I love pregnant bellies. I actually kinda wish mine was a bit bigger sometimes so people wouldnt look at me funny when I tell them this is my last week at work... And also because I think they look HOT :) Haha

And judging on your weight only going on around your belly and nowhere else I am so certain we're going to have the same sex baby...

Thanks girls :) I've got really funny stretchmarks (well I think!!) they've gotten worse with the steriods cause they make yuor skin more sensitive but DP tells me it looks like his stabbed me in the belly lol.....I told him it feels like I am being stabbed in the belly at times when I get the pain....
