Pregnancy symptoms gone!!!

I'm 7+3 now and for the last week or two I have been suffereing with morning sickness all day long, it was getting worse everyday. Also I was getting a lot of dizziness, especially after lying down. If i lay down on the sofa I'd just fall asleep, I was exhausted.
Anyway, I have noticed that with the last 2 days all the symptoms have gone. I dont have morning sickness or dizziness and I'm not falling asleep all the time.

Is this normal?

No I am definitely 7+3, I had a scan on monday and it was 6+3, just the bubble with the flickering white dot heart.
Its just weird how I have been feeling so awful and suddenly it all just stopped. I remembering feeling awful with Aimee and it all stopped at about 11 weeks.
I just think this doesn't seem right.

Maybe your body is just adjusting to the pregnancy. I remember when I was pregnant, both times, my morning sickness (basically just nausea) would come and go (some days it was there, some days not). :fingerscrossed: everything is fine for you!

Maybe you should arrange to have an ultrasound done again just to confirm that the baby is ok, or a blood test to make sure the levels are going up

I was seeing a fertility Dr (due to long time trying to conceive Aimee and polycystic ovaries but I feel pregnant naturally) and she is the one who did the scan at 6 week, so I didn't book in with my obstetrition until Sept 10th cause everything was ok.
Do you think I should phone her tomorrow just to check? Probably everything is OK and I am just being stupid.

I would have 2 good days then on the 3rd day I would be sick. Like Emsmum72 has said your body could be adjusting to the hormones of pregnancy.

You are definately not being stupid. I would call your doctor tomorrow just to put your mind at ease.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I phoned the obstetricians office and spoke to her secretary i guess, and she said everyones body deals with pregnancy differently and some people are sick all through and some aren't. She said if I'd had bleeding or something like that she would have recommended I went for a scan but as I have no other symptoms she said she's sure everything is fine.
So I feel a bit better now. Thanks!!!

Cool sparkleymum. I am the same though, don't feel anything for a couple of days then whamo....

Alls we can do is try to stay positive I guess.
