Hi All,
I would love to hear from anyone who has had an abruption especially those that braved a pregnancy after the abruption and if it happened again.

Hi
This didn't happen to me but it did happen to my mother in law with her first pregnancy, in her 9th month. Sadly, as that was nearly 35 years ago, they could do nothing to save the baby.
But she got pregnant within a few weeks of having her baby that didn't make it, with my husband (with whom she had a healthy pregnancy) and then went on to have 3 more children, also with healthy pregnancies.
Hope that helps.

I lost my angel boy Oct.2006, my 5th bub, we lost him at 19wks6days, this was due to a concealed placental abruption, no one could find it the only sign was bleeding from 11wks. I now find myself preg again, scared yes, but now at 16wks with no sign of any problems. Fingers crossed that all goes well, and if not we can at least hope that it will last in there till it will be a viable baby.
