Hi, my daughter is allergic to peanuts, eggs and dairy (cows'), does anyone have any advice/information for cooking without eggs or what products they feed there children with these allergies. I am currently feeling that she is eating the same things all of the time. She is on soy milk, soy yoghurts, seaweed crackers, apricot bites (from health food section), other than this it is the normal fruit and veges and a little bit of meat, usually sausages from Woolworths meat dept. Thank you.

hi, check out the vegetarian/vegan sites. they have heaps of recipe ideas that are also great for people with these type of allergies, as the vegans dont use any dairy or eggs, i even found recipes for vegan french toast(it was yum too!) you will be so suprised at the things you will be able to cook for your daughter. also ask at your local health food store about egg and milk alternatives(no egg i think is one) these are good for baking. hope this helps a bit :)

my 10 month old has just been diagnosed with the exact same allergies so I am going through the same dilemma! she doesn't like soymilk so I am still breastfeeding and eating a restricted diet. watch out for the soy products, they often contain milk products too. I've just bought some "no egg" to try in come cooking. I'm finding so many processed products contain things like coconut oil in them which makes it difficult. Does anyone know of a support group website for people in this situation? currently my daughter is living on the few vegies she likes, fruit, breakfast muffins and mini toast!
