Hi, I have been thinking of getting this book, has anyone else got it or seen it? I've only seen it online at Dymocks ($30).

This is the link for the contents etc:

I am interested to see what they say about exercises and lifting etc, although I guess they do tell you that stuff at the hospital.

Hi there:wave:

I had a beautiful recovery from my c/s with DD. No pain what-so-ever, except for the feeding... urg, I wish I would have bought a book on that!

Anyways, the hospital will inundate you with information on post-operative exercises, etc, etc. so I don't think it's really all that necessary to buy it. Nothing can really prepare you for what it's going to be like as far as pain, feelings, etc. Everyone is an individual but if it gives you the peace of mind, than buy it. I find that the more info you go in with, the more nervous it makes you. But that's my opinion :D

Take care and I hope that all goes well!
