Is anyone addicted to Diet Soft Drinks?

I think i have a severe addiction to diet coke/ pepsi. I cant stand water, it truly makes me vomit.

I LOVE my diet coke and totally became addicted when i started Weight watchers as it was zero points.

I cant stop drinking it!!!

Anyone else in the same boat? What do we do?

Yes, i know the addiction is probably the artificial sweetner and the caffiene....

I love Diet Coke it's my absolute fave! :D

I wouldn't say that I'm addicted because I can easily go without but it's definately yummy!!

This happened to me too Anonmum (when I started Weight Watchers). I have now switched to Coke Zero. I know I drink too much and I have cut back. I also want another baby, so am trying to avoid all caffeine.
