Paediatrician In South Perth Suburbs.

Hi There Ladies.

My wonderful family have recently made the HUGE move from Sydney to Perth.

My DS2 is only 10 weeks old and i would like him to have a check up with a GOOD paed. My DS2 has reflux and is on Zantac, so i need a dr. that understand reflux and it's complications/issues.

Has anyone got someone they can recommend?

If i have to travel to the city thats fine. But i'd prefer somewhere closer to home. I'm down near Mandurah.

not sure around Mandurah but Dr Michael Slattery at the medical clinic next to SJOG murdoch is very good.

Is he expensive. Am happy to travel. How far is SJOG from Rockingham area? We're kinda near there. I'm still trying to find my feet, been here for about 2 weeks now.

Reuel is pronounced- roo...ell (as in bell)

Nahum is pronounced- neigh...um (the u is kinda silent).

I'm a school teacher, so i didn't wanna use names that i could associate with poorly behaved children. And just about every name had a character with it, coz i've taught for a while. I wanted my children to have the chance to develop their own character...lol..

its about 30mins from rockingham (south st freeway exit)
not sure if he is expensive, i havent been to others? got back some on HBF and some on medicare tho...

for gastric issues, i would ask for a referal to Dr colin sherington at princess margret hospital(perth city ) he is a pead gastrointerologist and really know his stuff it may take a while for an apointment so you could see a general pead in the mean time

I also can recommend Dr Slattery.My DD has reflux and is currently taking zoton,he is very understanding and a wealth of good advice.
As for price my visits cost about $100,but we go some back from medicare.Hope that helps and welcome to Perth.:)
