Hi can anyone help me out I purchased some eenee nappies old style from a hubber for $80 and 8 of them have bad poo stains in the plastic insides and cuffs, I tried oxyclean napsian that cost $10 for the container,I soaked them over night and didn't help at all.
I can't afford to buy more, that was 3 weeks savings to pay for these.
DH will hit the roof if he finds out they are no good.
Can anyone tell me if I can get them out or will I have to throw then out?:gloomy:

you could try hanging them out in the sun. the sun usually bleaches poo stains from cloth nappies so it might work on the eenee's too.

Thanks I will have to wait till the sun comes back going to be wet for the next week.
I'm just so upset that someone could sell them in the first place in that condition.:gloomy:

Yep that is what I would do too.

Were you aware of the stains before you purchased them?

Oh I guess that is a no to my question hehe. I would be PMing the person to discuss the situation. Was it through MU?

I did email the person but never got a reply.
No stupid me brought them direct from a hubber I should have known better I'm to trusting.
She said they had a some marks, but didn't say they were badly stained like they are.
If I can't clean them it's the bin as I wouldn't put them on my baby no way.

Hmmm I would probably let a mod know about it anyway- is it someone who is well known on here (big poster etc?) ?

Firstly, Do what Billy said and PM the seller. They shouldn't have been sold to you stained unless stated to you before you purchased them.

Even though it's not a sunny day still hang them out because they do not need to be in direct sunlight, it's the UV ray that sanitises and whitens the nappies.

ETA: can you check to see if you have her email address still ? or did you delete all the msgs ?

In that case.. try PMing a Mod explaining the situation. I know they don't like to deal with this sorta thing but it wouldn't hurt to ask. You could try giving them the sellers email address and they might be able to match it with their username. I'm not sure if that's possible, but hey you can try and give it a go.

Best of luck!

ditto - hang them out in the rain :)
