Do you use pre-loved nappies?

I have finally purchased my first pre-loved nappy, after overcoming a bit of a phobia about using another baby's nappy!! :o

:no: Or do you have a used nappy phobia like me previously?! :laughing:

PS: For pre-loved users - what do you do with them when you receive them? Just a good wash? A bit of sun?

I have used pre loved nappies. I see it just the same as using the cloth nappies that the hospital provide.

I buy and use pre-loved nappies all the time.

I mostly buy 'as new' or excellent condition ones just because the older/more used they are the faster the elastic goes cr@ppy and they wear thin.

I have no probs using used nappies. I wash them on hot and put em' in the sun before use regardless of who I buy them from.

I would not be using cloth full time if it were not for my pre loved nappies, they make up a good chunk of my stash!! Love 'em!

Yeah used nappies rock :D I just washed mine again in hot water when I recieved them & dried them in the sun :)

They are great! So many people have to sell nappies because they aren't right for their bub - and they are in perfect condition. All the germies are sanitized by sunlight :D

Thanks for the advice! :D I have just discovered Buy for Baby (slow, I know!!) and am amazed by the great nappies on offer! (Especially those you couldn't normally buy anymore).

:laughing: I discovered it yesterday and have bid on some I have about 10 used nappies coming my way and about 6 brand newies but only recievd the 2 new bbh I'm waiting for my stash to build before I start cause I've never used cloth before It's a great idea to buy pre-loved so you can see which ones you like :thumbsup:

No problems here, i have plenty of second hand nappies. As long as they look clean and in reasonable condition I have no problems.

Love them! A large proportion of my stash is pre-used, I've got two kids in cloth and living on the cheap, can't be too fussy here!

Oh yeah :D I love preloved nappies. I hot wash em and line dry them in the sun before I use them though. I do that with any nappy new or used.
