q about blueberrys

For those that have ordered blueberry nappies.....waht kind of correspondence did you receive from them?
I got an email confirming my order and that it would be dispatched in 3 business days and that I would get another email when they left. However it has been more like two weeks since that first email and I have heard nothing.

Wow, thats strange.

I ordered mine late Wednesday night and I got an email straight away confirming it and then early Thursday morning an email saying they had been dispatched and they arrived within 2 weeks.

my first order i got the email saying my order had been placed, then i got one the next day saying it has been shipped...

my second order i got the my order has been placed, then didnt hear from them, so i emailed them (via contact us on the site) asking why i didnt get an email saying the order had been shipped. i got a reply with in a couple of hours, saying it hadnt been paid... i had payed thru paypal both times... i went to have a look and sure enough the $ hadnt registered in paypal, so i put it thru... got another email not long ater saying my order had been shipped...

just email them. they will let you know why!
