Is it possible to have PCOS and have regular cycles?

My last 2 cycles have been spot on 28 days and my body has led me to believe I have ovulated this month (by temping and cm charting)

So my question is, is it possible to have PCOS and have regular cycles?

I think it is probably more common to have cycles that are a little longer or vary in length or some (like my sisters and I) rarely or never O on their own but it is possible to have regular ones to.

Im sure people do have PCOS and regular cycles... maybe post another thread with a Poll on here to ask people.
