Inserts Bunching

Im new to cloth. I am using pocket MCNs and am having problems with the microfiber inserts bunching up between DS legs, is there any way to stop this?

Also what is the most absorbant insert microfiber, hemp, bamboo, other? Thanks

I find the inserts bunch up if they are too wide, so maybe you could try folding them so they are narrower.

I don't actually find microfibre to work all that well on it's own, I always use it with something else. Thru the day I use it with either hemp or just a flannelette flat inside DDs pocket nappies. At night I use bamboo with microfibre if DD is going to be sleeping in a pocket nappy, she usually sleeps in a BBB tho.
