Hi,

I know that you have two options with FTB - you can claim it each fortnight or you can claim it as a lump sum at the end of the year.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can split the two FTB's - for example, claim FTB part A fortnightly, but claim FTB part B at the end of the financial year?

Thanks :)

Oh excellent - that is the best news ever! Do you know if I can do this online, or on the phone, or do I have to go in to the office or whatever?

if you use self service online im pretty sure you can change it there. in the payments section there should be an option

Can't see it there, I might give them a call.

So just to make sure I'm right, I can get FTB part A every fortnight,

but I can claim FTB part B as a lump sum? So if I'm entitled to say, $100 of FTB part B per fortnight, every July, I will get a lump sum of approx $2800?
