Has anyone in adelaide had good results with accupuncture for MS, any recommendations? My MS isn't as bad as some poor ladies on this site but still all I want to to is stay in bed and not move.

Acupuncture can work wonders for morning sickness but like anything else depends on the individual and how bad. If you go to an acupuncturist they will give you a specialised treatment that is individual to you and more likely to work. But depending on how bad you are you can give yourself acupressure at home for free.
Apart from the tailored treatments there is a particular acupuncture for morning sickness. It's located on the inside side of your arm (the side your palm is on) in the centre of your wrist crease. You can press and rub it yourself. And if you want extra stimulation to it you can make a little elastic wrist band out of wide elastic and glue a ball bearing or something of similar size to it (the elastic not your wrist:p )over the point. Then rub over the ball bearing and get much more stimulation of the point.
Don't forget to rotate wrists so they don't get too sore and good luck.
One last thing. Morning sickness is due to our body getting used to fluctuations in sugar levels due to the babies demand. So frequent small meals and never going more than 3hrs without food can make a massive difference. Almonds are fantastic for stabilising blood sugar so keep some in your bag and by your bed side. Eat a handful when you wake up and wait a few minutes before getting out of bed.
Worked ok for me, but as per previous posts, regular eating small meals helped too.
I had acu every day for weeks before I had my DS and during the birth and it was awesome!! Highly recomend that if you are into it :)
