Hi to all the sleep deprived parents out there!

I was just reading through some of threads about sleep issues with little ones and wondered if anyone had tried Chiropractic care.

As a mum I've been having Chiropractic care for bad headaches for years which got dramatically worse when I was pregnant 3 years ago.

I started to take my DD to my chiropractor when she was about 7months old, because she was such a terrible sleeper. She would wake anywhere between 2-8 times a night and just didnt seem to get into a deep sleep. She had a dummy which didnt really help as when it fell out she would wake up wanting it. On the first visit the chiropractor did a few very, very gentle adjustments which caused her to giggle the whole time. That night she slept through the night with no dummy for 12 hours - it was like a miricle!

I now take her every couple of months, and she loves it. I truely feel that it keeps her really healthy. Considering shes now 2years and 4 months shes only ever had one cold, and one sickness bug, which pretty good going for a toddler.

I hope this might help some of you get some sleep!
