View Full Version : The "Glow"
THREE people commented on Friday on how good I looked, and the funny thing is, none of these people have the faintest idea I am pregnant.
A guy at work asked me if I had new makeup or had my hair done (nope...I wish).
The receptionist at my chiropractor asked if I had been on holiday because I looked 'tanned and rested'
and the lady at the toll booth on the M4 said "oh what a lovely face you've got" when I handed over my money. (beat THAT!!).
Must be getting "THE GLOW" :)
How about you guys? Any glowy comments yet?

Funny thing but I only seem to get "glowing" comments on the days Im really off- maybe its the sweat from a morning puke that leads them to think Im glowing?? lol
ha ha. Yeah, it is a bit strange because I still feel quite revolting as well.

I've been getting the 'glowing' comments for the past month. I love it! But I'm 28 weeks now.. I don't think I was glowing before!

Where's my glow? - I've not had one comment :) I'm like you Mic, pimples all over my chin which appear to be clearing up. Not sure if it's the hormones or the peanut butter toast I have before I get out of bed every morning but I'm going with the former. ;)
Friends whom I've only emailed to tell I'm pregnant are looking forward to catching up and checking out my 'glow'. Help - I've got to find some glow somewhere and fast  - maybe I should get a pregnancy friendly facial :D
Well its nearly 3.30pm and I feel....
fine.
I feel fine!!! Where is my afternoon sickness??
OMG, is it over?? Could it be??
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Usually the queasiness starts to creep up the back of my throat about now and by 4pm I am green.
I hope I am not speaking too soon!!
