Furry Gums!?

My DD seems to have had teething signs for a while (so other people tell me!!), she has the white lumps on her gums but I have never felt any real lumps.

Lately however instead of smooth gums, her bottom front gum area feels, well furry!!

Is this something anyone else ever noticed with their bubs? Just wondering if it is a sign that they might cut soon or whether I just have no idea:confused: :D
