Pimple type rash???

This morning when DD woke up,I noticed a little red bumps type rash under one eye,under her nose and around her mouth and chin.They sort of look like tiny tiny pimples but without the pus head.
She hasn't eaten anything different,so I don't think it's a food allergy...and she's not complaining or whingy etc,she seems fine.....but she is teething atm.Could this be a teething thing? Any ideas ladies?:confused:

My DD also gets the rash. I have asked the doctor and they said its a mix of heat rash and teething drool which causes it. As long as it is not distressing your DD, then I really would not worry about it. Hope this helps

DD would end up with the rash down her chin but not really around the eye.

I would take bubs to the doc just to make sure! Around this time of year, hand, foot and mouth disease goes around which is little red spots. Nothing to worry about though!!!

Is the rash like little clusters of red pimple like dots?
My sister and I both have it on our arms (Very light but we still hate it) and we saw a dermatologist who sai it is abit of a skin allergy that is pretty much permanent. Im not sure if its the same thing your DD has but we've had it since we were young too. Because its on her face its probaby most likely to be from teething
