I am new to this all but have read most of the threads and am very excited to hear all these new baby's are coming into the world. I seem to be always on the lookout for preganant ladies at the supermarket, in the park of walking past my house guessing when they are due. I had some bad morning sickness which lasted for about 3-4 weeks alot of bed rest was had but I am still feeling very lethargic but I think it is because I have a 20 month old boy who keeps me on my toes. It's true with the second you don't get to think about it as much because you are so busy and I really miss that. I am dying to find out what it is as I can't stand surprises but the deal is if I find out and let the cat out the bag my DH gets to call the baby whatever he wants but I was the one who fills in the Birth certificate form in the hospital ( little does he know). I really like to be prepared. I know alot of people like secrets and others do not but I am so impatient. I am 30yrs old and plan to stop at two so whatever it is really doesn't matter boy for my son to play with or girl I can make pretty. I look forward to it's arrival soon.
Look forward to hearing about you soon.

We live in the same state and are going through the same thing. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment but I should have just had one but my son needs a playmate or else he will continue to drive me in sane. We put him in a bed on the weekend which he didn't take to with open arms, I am sure he will be fine soon enough. With my 20 monthold I think he will just get more active and I worry about the jealousy aspect as he hits everything in sight. How will you deal with this?
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hmmm,..not knowing yet! Whereabouts are you in Sydney? Maybe a coffee/park morning could be in order?

I know you live close to the city (Parra rd) have visited the McDonalds, I live out west but the new M7 links me with lots of places. I live near Blacktown and work in Baulkham Hills, DO you venture past Stanmore sometimes maybe we could meet halfway.
I am sure we would have lots to talk about have little active ones and all.

Halfway could be good,. though if you are venturing over this side, we have a great thing called 'The Magic Yellow Bus' which is a playgroup in a park,...with heaps of great stuff to keep kids occupied,.....like playdoh, painting, toys,..gym mats,..etc,.etc,.etc,. anyone can go,.and it's free,.... it is from 9:30 - 12:30,....every day,.in different parks in the inner west,.. do you have a car?

I work full time, does it happen on the weekends??? We don't have anything like this over here except for a few parks and playlands. There is also a great wiggles playland in Seven Hills. I drive also so to get together would be no problem as long as I planned it in advance.
Cool,
Mel
