how do you do it? what do you wear and how often do you take measurements?

do you wear the same clothes everytime?

When I was measuring, I did the same as Tracey.. and I was nude as well.

Umm if your boobs are really saggy perhaps a non padded bra on would be an idea

i dont measure myself personally- but at work im a weightloss consultant and we measure

bust, waist, thigh thiegh? sorry haven a mental blank here!!:detective:
