not sure wher to post my noodles recipe help would be appreciated but if it doenst end up in the spot well here it is
a left over chook bbq or roast shred it boil bones' for your stock
once boiled for 30mins remove bones (if stuffing use judgement in how much you wanna squish to leave in ) chuck in the shreded chicken and those frozen vegies i use peas cron maybe carrots depending
put 2min noodles i use chicken and sweet corn so i can use flavour
otherwise use cube of chicken stock
eat or freeze keeps quite well and i found my kids love it its 2min noodles with extras
go wild add any extras that are in the freezer as long as there are noodles kids dont usually care what else is added:wave:

Hmm, maybe hokkien or egg noodles? I was thinking maybe a small portion of rice noodles instead?

Here is my entry. I have made this before, the kids love it! DH has the camera today, but i will get it off him tonight and add my pic then :thumbsup:
My recipe is not as exotic as some of you clever gals have cooked up though....:o

Hearty Beef Noodle Casserole:

1 cup noodles
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon butter
250g minced steak
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 chicken stock cube
1 cup water
2 tablespoon tomato paste
salt, pepper
150g cheddar cheese

Put noodles on to cook, peel and chop onion, and gently fry vegetables until tender, about 3 minutes. Add minced steak and curry powder and fry until meat is browned. Dissolve chicken cube in water and add to pan with tomato paste. Add cooked drained noodles and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.Turn into greased casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.

I just put in:
Chicken
Honey Roasted Macadamias
Apricot Nectar
French Onion Soup Mix
Baby Bok Choy

and served on 2 minute noodles :o
