Yay! I'm back! Love living back in Melbourne again....

We're now living in Forest Hill, walking distance to the Chase. I notice that there's quite a few of you out this way. I can't wait for the next meet... I just have to figure out how to get to Chaddy or Jells Park via public transport.... :o

CarlyB - Livable if you can afford it! 19th in line for world's most EXPENSIVE city! Looking at housing prices here I'm blown away. I think we'll rent for a little while to save some more deposit. I have seen some sort of play thing upstairs but haven't checked it out yet.... maybe a future venue for a meet???

Angela - thank you! What a lovely offer! I might have to take you up on that. And if you're around the corner perhaps we can meet up at the Chase for a coffee sometime?

Karena - the move was horrendous. Movers turned up at 1.30pm on Friday when they were due between 9 and 12, then they couldn't deliver on the Sunday as organised, but had to deliver at 2pm on Saturday, which meant we had to drive to Horsham overnight (got there at 3am) and drive the rest of the way on Sat morning. Just awful. If DP hadn't helped them it would have taken twice as long. They sent a guy and a girl (? she was strong, but not that strong) to move our 52 cubic metres full of stuff (that's nearly a 10 tonne truckful). We are SO having a garage sale - didn't have time to get rid of stuff before we left.

DP starts his new job today. He looked so handsome leaving this morning in his new pinstriped suit and shiny shoes. :cool: (Even had a clean hanky in his pocket!)
