Baby photos on Coast

Hello all you lovely Central Coast mummies :wave:

I want to get some nice family/baby photos done in the next few months and I was wondering where the best place to get them done is??
(and preferably somewhere i don't have to sell the house to afford!!!:laughing: )

I've had pics at Pixie Photos Lake Haven & hated them.

Also had them at Myer Erina & they turned out nice :)

The best photos that I have had taken were by my sister - she does a more relaxed look without it costing an arm and a leg - and they turn out gorgeous:yes:

I am another one that says "NO" to pixie photos at LakeHaven. My girls had their photos taken there the other week and they turned out cr@p!! THey were running late, so I felt like they didnt take the time to make DD2 smile (she is only 9 months) so in every photo she looked like she was half way through doing something..... Needless to say I didnt buy any. DD1 did however win their colouring-in comp, so we ended up getting a huge framed photo for free, so I prob shouldnt bag them out too much :D We havent got it yet though, hopefully it isnt too bad! If you do find a cheap photographer in the area can you let me know, thnx :)

ive had photos done of my daughter and i used models australia. lovely photos, very pricey. my friend has used vibe photogphy, they are wedding photographers but do other occasions and kids aswell, FANTASTIC PRICES AND QUALITY!!!!!!

ive had photos done of my daughter and i used models australia. lovely photos, very pricey.

I too have had photos done with them - VERY pricey, and personally wasn't too happy with the whole outcome - things I received were different to what was explained to me by the assistant.

I know exactly what u mean! i dont even think they r a modelling agency.
My sis took her 2 kids & paid over $600 4 a power point slideshow & a disc of 20pics!- shes complained to them but they never seem to answer their phone or return calls
But i can also reccomend Vibe 2 :)

We had our photos done by the woman that runs this buisness, hourglass photography.
She did a brilliant job, she also makes hard cover books as photo albums. :)

She comes to your home and sets up.

ok, now that im sorta getting the hang of this.

vibe r really great, but their prices have gone up.
i was also to unsatisfied with models australia.
when i first had them done they explained the packages and when i went back and purchased them i didnt get everything i had been origanally told i would.
they are nice pics, but when i pay $600, i did expect to get more than i did. my advice is to certainly shop around.
