Fisher Price has issued a recall for their Laugh and Learn Musical Chair.
Defect Details: A child may become lodged between the seatback and side table features of the chair, possibily leading to entrapment of the neck.
Parents should contact Mattel Australia to receive a repair kit, call toll-free on 1300 135 312 between Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (Australian EST).
