Weight loss budies

Anyone want to join me to try and loose weight?

I thought we could weigh ourselves every 2 weeks and help each other along the way.

I weigh 82kg ans i'm 1.65cm tall

ill join you I have put weight on since having Kaleb.
I am 79kg and 170cm

I want to get to 70kg although back to 65 would be good but I can't see that happeneing.

I will join in, i do this on another forum aswell.

I am 67.5kg and 168cm

I have already lost 10kg just another 7.5kg to go until i am back to pre Cohen days lol but then i was wanting to go down abit more before i got pregnant with Cohen, ATM 60kg would be awesome and then if i go under that it would be FABULOUS!!
I did gain 25kg with Cohen but i don't count from 85kg i just start from the weight i was when i walked out of hospital so 78kg, was my starting weight.

I wish it was as easy as it was to lose the weight from Anna! I lost 13.5kg before i even left hospital and lost it all by the time she was 7 months and i was doing nothing:rolleyes: i only gained 5kg more with Cohen too LOL

i would love to join in.
I am 63kg and about 155cm tall i put on alot of weight after i was preg as all i did when i was preg was throw up. I think it was coz i went on mini pill.

What sort of things is everyone doing to lose weight?

Anyone have any yummy low fat recipes?
