Do babies get a red/pink cheek when they are teething??? Bub has been biting on everything, she's always got something in her mouth, drools all the time, is very wingy, will only sleep short periods throught the day and has stopped sleep through. Does this all mean she's teething? She's 4 months old.

Stick a clean finger in her mouth...if her gums feel hard I would say so. Otherwise it could just be an unsettled period??:confused:

I put my finger in and yes all her gums are hard, they also look square like on the outsides (if that makes sence). There are a couple of lumps on on the sides where the Cuspids (canines) teeth are suppost to be. No lumps where tthe front and top incisors are suppost to be, they come through first dont they?

ewells...Sounds like your bubs teething...When my DS was teething he would get red cheeks, run a fever of up to 39degrees and be miserable...I found that Nurofen for babies worked better than panadol. Seemed to last longer and we all had a good night sleep...Just check with your pharmacist before giving nurofen...

ewells...My DS cross cut his teeth so none of them came through at the right time and apparentely i've heard that cross cutting is more painful
