I am thinking of trying to start my own babysitting/nanny service, whereby I run the company and hire girls/or guys to actually do the babysitting. I know that everyone will have to get blue cards etc but how would I even go about setting up the idea or how would I make money from it????

be a customer to one of your competitors and ask lots of questions.

Ring the ATO and find out about the tax side of it.

Then do your market research - who is your customer? who are your competition? etc etc
