Hi there, I am new to this. I have 4 children and and am trying again for number 5....mad huh.....hehe... I just wanted to see if anyone had any answers. I know that it will be my 5th child and i should now but i just wanted to see if anyone else had the same symtons i have had. My last Af was the 12th of december 2005 have had some spotting since then but nothing to talk about. I have done a few pg tests and they have all come up negative yet i have some symptons of being pg like sore breasts and lactating from and also a metalic taste in my mouth. Am i pg or is it something else as i have had the negative tests.

:) Alot of pregnancy tests come out negative when there not. My best friend did quite a few which were negative about 6 and she was actually pregnant. Maybe go to the docs and find out for sure! Let us know how you go!!!:)

Hey Sweetpea, maybe its worth going to the doctors and getting a blood test, maybe your hcg levels are too low to register on a hpt? Good luck darl and keeps us posted!!;)

ok i am confused now, i have had 4 different hpt come up with a bfp (even one at the doctors yesterday) he also did a beta hcg blood test and i got the result back today and it was negative. Has anyone else had this happen or am i just wishful thinking?

how confusing did the doctor give you any explanation to what may be happening ????? i hope you find out soon

the doctor said to come back in 2 weeks and he would do another blood test,he really had no explanation as to why i had the positive hpt's then a negative blood test. :confused:

I Just Wanted To Tell U That I Had A Mc A Few Years Back And It Was Pos For A Couple Of Weeks And I Was Spotting And Then Eventually I Started Bleeding Even Heavier! Until The Unevitable Happend I Mc!
I Still Did Pg Test Just To Check But The Hormones Stayed In Mmy Body For A Couple Of Weeks Even Though I Was No Longer Pg I Still Got Pos Results! And I Thought I Must Be Still Pg Just Hoping I Was! But Eventually I Knew The I Lost The Baby! I Just Hanging On To That Hope!

I Would Go To The Docs And Ask For A Blood Test For Pg! Then U Would Get A Result! Its Alot More Accurate!
