Comments on Figments Photography or Work of Heart Photography

Hi, has anyone outhere had any experience with either "Figments" or "Work of Heart" photography before? I came across their websites and also heard that these two photographers take good pictures. I'm looking for a photographer to get some family/children shots done. Would love to hear from you or any comments that you may have about them.
