My little man is having

My dh is away for 2 weeks on course and ever since he has gone my little man has been having night terrors apperntly this has trigged them. He is only 10months old. Has anyone else experinced this before and if so what have you done ?

Sorry, no experience with this. :hugs: to your little man. Perhaps a photo of Daddy next to his bed might help?

aww ty he needs all the hugs he can get :) i have put something with a scent of of his daddy in the cot. It seems to help for now :)

I just had my DH gone for a few days (first time away from DD) and she didnt settle to bed well at all either! big :hugs: to you and to your little man! How long has it been since your DH left? DD settled down after a day or two and talking to DH on the phone helped her a lot! Maybe if he could hear his voice before he went to sleep?
