I am now in the process of collecting stories for my feature. Thank you to everyone who PM'd me :)

Hello,
Today I have my freelance writer hat on, and not my usual mum-self-oriented-writer of forum posts.

I'm freelance writing a feature on PND for a Perth (WA) publication.

The new Mother and Baby unit opened up at KE hospital, and coincided with Jessica Rowe publicising her own battle with PND - so I am taking the opportunity to try and get some information out there, which I believe is so important, by writing a feature article.

I am ideally looking for a Perth mum: you would need to be willing to go on record about your experiences, how your symptoms/disorder affected you and your family, and how you dealt with (or are dealing with) your PND.

If you *are* interested, and/or would like to know more, please send me an email by right clicking on my name & selecting 'send email'.

Thank you so much,

Freya

I do not need to use real names in my feature article either, but I will use quotes - just in case there was any concern for what I mean by "on the record".

But I would greatly appreciate being able to use your story so that other mums out there (or their loved ones) can be given some information - in particular where they can look to for some help/advice - and identify with and/or empathise with your story.

Forget the "Perth" reference, if ANYONE is willing to share their story, I am happy to e-interview :)

Thank you!!
